Check-in can be done from 1 pm and check-out until 11 am. Different times must be agreed upon with reception.

Failure to comply with the check-out time is subject to a fine, and the team is authorized to remove the guest’s belongings from the accommodation.

The hostel is not responsible for personal belongings. It is the guest’s responsibility to take care of the magnetic access card to the hostel delivered at check-in.

The loss of the card will result in a charge of R$50.

The loss or damage of borrowed or rented objects will result in a charge of R$100.*

Between 10 pm and 8 am, we ask all guests to respect quiet hours in the dormitories to ensure everyone’s rest.

For your safety and that of others, the use of the identification wristband provided at check-in is mandatory within the Hostel’s premises.

Lock the room and locker doors when leaving. In case of emergency, follow the team’s instructions.

Keeping common areas clean and organized is essential for everyone’s well-being. We ask guests to keep their beds and belongings organized.

Consume food and drinks only in designated areas. Keep the shared kitchen clean and organize your food.

Guests cannot receive external visitors in the rooms. Meetings can be held in the common areas.

We ask all guests to maintain respectful behavior towards roommates and staff. Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

The use of illegal drugs on our premises is strictly prohibited. Excessive consumption of alcohol that causes disturbance will not be tolerated.

The minimum age for staying in shared rooms is 18 years old (minors accompanied by parents or guardians are permitted).
