Mufasa: The Lion King tasks Rafiki with passing on the legend of Mufasa to the young lioness Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their trademark voices. Told in flashbacks, the story sees Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a charming lion named Taka – heir to the royal family. The chance encounter begins a far-reaching journey for this unlikely group of misfits in search of their destiny – and their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a dangerous and deadly enemy.
